All new applications will be reviewed by the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Committee. All applications must fit our Exhibitor Criteria. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice to the email address you provided, and full payment will be required to process your confirmation. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice for payment and confirmation email. Further confirmation material will be forwarded to all confirmed exhibitors once full payment is received. Thank you.
- This application becomes your contract upon acceptance.
- Show Management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the floor plan and booth allocation.
- Cancellation Policy: Rental space fees will be refunded, with the exception of a $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by February 1, 2018. No refunds will be paid on later cancellations or no-shows. Applications are not confirmed until full payment is received.
