Please complete the application and click submit. You will receive a copy of the completed application via email shortly after your submission. Keep this copy for your records. All applications will be reviewed by the Saskatchewan Blue Cross Gardenscape Committee. All applications must fit our Exhibitor Criteria. Upon acceptance you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice to the address you provided, full payment will be required to process your confirmation. Further confirmation material will be forwarded to all confirmed exhibitors via email once full payment is received. Thank you.
- This application becomes your contract upon review and acceptance.
- Booth space will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
- Show Management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the floor plan and booth allocation.
- Bulk booth space will be given priority
- Cancellation Policy: Rental space fees will be refunded, with the exception of a $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by February 1, 2020. No refunds will be paid on later cancellations or no-shows.
